“Reach Out And Cut”. . . we gather hairstylists throughout Arizona who are moved by compassion and are willing to provide free haircuts to families in need during our "Reach Out and Cut" Outreach. Every year we increase in numbers of hairstylists and the number families in need will also multiply with each year to come.
